Specifically for companies, I offer sessions at the start of the day, during the lunch break, late afternoon or evening with all the choice for the duration and frequency of the courses.

 

According to the specific request or the requirements of the company, the practice can be relaxing, relaxing, invigorating or energizing while always remaining in the philosophy of Yoga of Energy, Roger Clerc lineage, therefore in respect of the person, his morphology as well as its history. In all the sessions we will be especially careful not to force, not to go beyond the physical limits of the participants.

All sessions end with a cup of tea, which often turns out to be very positive as a team building activity.

Location: At the company or the place indicated by it, all meeting rooms can be transformed into a yoga room and refreshed with essential oils that promote relaxation. As an alternative it is also possible to organise live online sessions via Zoom.

 

Material: Very high quality mats, gymnastic balls, blankets and cushions are provided on site by the teacher. Participants just bring comfortable clothing.
