Practice according to the teaching of Roger Clerc. The sessions of this course focus on a particularly respectful practice for the back. They include a moment of relaxation, an invigorating but gentle practice, centred on yoga phrases, one or more Movements of the Cosmic Dance or of Naropa, according to the class time, as well as a meditation.

The sessions of this course focus on the conscious gesture. They include a moment of relaxation, an energizing practice centered on yoga phrases, balance exercises, one or more Preliminary or Naropa Movements of Energy Yoga, as well as a meditation.

All weekly classes will end officially on Friday 21st June 2024.
During all school holidays the class schedule is reduced. During these periods I organise so called "joker sessions", i.e. if there is place left each adult can bring up to 2 kind aged min. 8 (additional fee €12 / kid). Please consult the 2023/24 calendar for more information.
The 2024/25 school year will officially begin on Tuesday 24th September 2024.
