Energetic Atmospheres and Breathing

Following the invigorating and respectful teaching of Roger Clerc, I am delighted to organise a workshop centred on the two central pillars of Energy Yoga: the 18 Naropa's Movements and the 18 Preliminary Movements, also known as the Cosmic Dance.
From a practical point of view :
- on the one hand, we will practise according to our possibilities, invigorating and relaxing our physical body, while moving it harmoniously in space, with a positive effect on the musculature, the joints and the fascias, the memory and the concentration;
- on the other hand, we will focus on our respiratory and energetic experience, trying to feel how our natural breathing rhythm reacts to these two series and what energetic atmospheres unfold in us thanks to these two very different practices.
Join this workshop to discover and experience on the yoga mat the complementary nature of these two practices, which are the heart and soul of Energy Yoga!
PROGRAM
- 1 Energy Yoga class of 2 hours centred on the practice of the 18 Naropa's Mouvements;
- 1 Energy Yoga class of 2 hours centred on the practice of the Cosmic Dance;
- Snack with Belgian and Japanese flavours in cooperation with the Gourmets' Market Rob and the Pâtisserie-Chocolaterie Yasushi Sasaki.
All the material available on site, confortable clothing and a blanket for the meditation moments are highly recommended.

Participants: All age groups, intermediary and advanced levels, min. 5, max. 12 yogis!

Price: €98 / person.
Deposit: €40 when booking. Balance: €58.
