Originating in my great passions for yoga, the arts and the country that welcomes us, Belgium, I am delighted to organise in partnership with the Art Gallery Le Tout Venant, the workshop for antic frames Maximilien and the Pâtisserie-Chocolaterie Yasushi Sasaki an afternoon workshop centred on Energy Yoga and Colours. Come and experience the subtle but powerful vibrations of the rainbow!

PROGRAMME:

​

- 2 Energy Yoga classes of 1hr 15min with all yoga material available on site;

- in the 19th century artist's studio made available to us by Maximilien, guided tour of the works of art exhibited in the studio (about 1 hour) by Ms. Brigitte Choveaux, owner of the Art Gallery Le Tout Venant. Specialised in Belgian and Japanese, ancient and modern prints, she will let us discover some exceptional engraving works of the Art Nouveau and Art Déco by Belgian artists, an exquisite heritage mostly unknown;

- break and snack with Belgian / Japanese fragrances and flavours of the Pâtisserie-Chocolaterie Yasushi-Sasaki.
