In recognition of the great teachings that I have received from animals throughout my life, and particularly in my yogic journey, I have the great pleasure to invite you to participate in a unique initiative that I organize with and exclusively at benefit of

DETAILED PROGRAM :
- 1 Yoga session of 1hr 30min centered on the postures of our friends, the animals: revisiting several species, we will try to discover their point of view and feel their energy;
- after the Energy Yoga session, a brief info session on Help Animals and the Braine-le-Château site, dedicated to farm animals and horses, by the director of the center, Ms. Stéphanie Devis.
Number of participants: max. 8 yoginis !

Price: minimum donation of € 30 / person. 100% of the proceeds will be donated to the animal shelter!
